I don't know what Jesus the 'artist' worships, but it's not the one in the Bible, and therfore not one who is the subject of Christmas. It is nearly as bad as those who point ot the Bible to justify racial or religious rejudice.
The depictions of Jesus in the scriptures are not limited to that of a baby lying in a manger, amid shouts of "peace on earth, good will toward men." In other places he is depicted as a global terrorist, unleashing biological weapons, wreaking havoc and tormenting his foes. He will "destroy the man of sin with the breath of his mouth" and comes "in flaming fire, taking vengeance." He wields and ax to the root of the tree, casting unbelievers into the fire.
But ultimately, the art is really more of a conversation piece than an attempt to be literal, I should think.
Nor is there any indication that the man claims to "worship" Jesus. As Jesus said:
Re 22:9 Then saith he [Jesus] unto me, See thou do it not [worship me]: for I [Jesus] am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
